Description
Maxime™ PCR PreMix Kit (i-Taq™) contains all components necessary for a PCR reaction in one tube in a dried and stable format. PCR can be carried out immediately with the addition of the template, primer and distilled water, reducing the risk of pipetting error. Gel loading electrophoresis is also possible as the tubes contain loading dye.
Maxime™ PCR PreMix Kit (i-Taq™) features Intron's i-Taq™ DNA Polymerase, a highly purified (anion exchange) polymerase of 94 kDa. The buffer composition has been optimized to obtain the best polymerase activity regardless of the template type or reaction conditions. This kit has excellent stability due to oxidation and moisture prevention achieved by a vacuum compression manufacturing method.
