Description
pBR322 is an ampicillin and tetracycline resistant, general purpose cloning vector. Several inactivating cloning sites are present in the antibiotic resistance genes, which, if a reading frame shift occurs, will give rise to AmpR/TcS or AmpS/TcR transformants. This vector comes ready-to-use for enzymatic reactions and transformations.
