Description
His6-GFP is a positive control vector for GFP expression in bacteria. This vector contains the GFP followed by two epitope tags, 6xHis and cMyc. The expression of the GFP including both tags is under control of the IPTG inducible lac promoter (Plac). His-tagged GFP is intended for affinity purification of the GFP using MoBiTec’s Ni-IDA columns.
