Image: Immunohistochemistry was performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Positive cytoplasmic staining is observed in hepatocellualr carcinoma using anti-DRAM1 antibody [M3-P4B4]. Antigen retrieval step was required (microwave 10 min @ 950W in 0.01M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0)
