Immunogen: Part of a recombinant EIN3 protein of Arabidopsis thaliana, UniProt: O24606, TAIR: AT3G20770
Host: Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Purity: Antigern affinity purified serum, in PBS pH 7.4
Format: Lyophilized
Quantity: 50 µg
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl, of sterile or deionized water.
Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
EIN3 (Ethylene insensitive 3) acts as a positive regulator in the ethylene response pathway and is required for ethylene responsiveness in adult plant tissues. Activated by phosphorylation by MPK3 and MPK6 (PubMed:18273012). Down-regulated by KIN10 that controls its protein stability under a phosphorylation-dependent manner. Alternative names: Protein ethylene insensitive 3.
