Shipping charges default to pre-paid and added to your invoice. Shipping terms are F.O.B. warehouse or point of manufacture. We ship by the most efficient and economical means available. Please note, certain products require specific shipping conditions and speeds. For goods that are not temperature sensitive, we will ship to you via Ground or Saver shipping or, if you need speedy delivery, your order will be shipped by overnight or second day delivery. The shipping cost is determined by the shipping method, package weight, and location. Extra charges will apply for perishable goods and dry ice shipments.
If you prefer to ship on your FedEx or UPS account, simply provide us with the account number and we will remove the shipping cost, replacing it with our $10 handling fee.
For international shipments, customs, duties, and taxes will be included in your shipping costs. We can also ship on the recipient's account.
Shipping Locations
We ship primarily within the US and Canada. Our website accepts orders to destinations within these countries. We ship select product lines to other countries in North America and South America, and we ship our BOCARACKS worldwide. If you are outside of the US and Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us.
Return Goods Policy
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A 20% restocking charge is applied to returns on correctly filled orders. If there has been a shipping error on our part, no restocking fee will be applied. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return transportation must be borne by the customer unless there is an error on our part. Please note, perishable and special ordered items as well as large volume orders are nonrefundable and not eligible for return. Payment Terms
Payment terms are Net 30 Days on approved credit. Customers wishing to order without terms may order with a credit card or advance ACH or Wire. Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted. All payments must be in USD.
Minimum Order
