MoBiTec’s systems for interaction screening include the pSKAN Phagemid Display System and the Grow'n'Glow Yeast One-Hybrid and Two-Hybrid Systems. The pSKAN Phagemid Display System can be used to select and produce novel proteins that bind to target molecules of interest. The One- and Two-Hybrid Systems are used for detecting protein-protein interactions in vivo, where proteins are more likely to be in their native conformation, directly under UV light.
