Description

The G-spin Genomic DNA Extraction Kit for Bacteria is designed for rapid isolation of genomic DNA from virtually all gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The purified DNA is free of contaminants and impurities. G-spin kits use advanced silica-gel-membrane technology for rapid and efficient purification of genomic DNA without organic extraction or ethanol precipitation. The buffering system is optimized to enable fast and simple cell lysis followed by selective binding of DNA to the column. With the G-spin procedure, DNA can be extracted from a variety of target sources in only 20-30 minutes.
