Happy Cell ASM (Advanced Suspension Medium) is a novel liquid matrix that facilitates the formation, growth, treatment, and downstream processing of 3D multicellular structures. This unique cell culture reagent permanently suspends cells without the restrictions of artificial matrices, allowing for more natural spheroid formation. Happy Cell ASM greatly improves efficiency as it enables quick and easy harvesting of cells and microtissues and is automation friendly.
This low viscosity, low density, animal free cell culture reagent permanently suspends cells.
Happy Cell ASM is available formulated in MEM, DMEM and RPMI. The performance of Happy Cell is greatly enhanced when used in conjunction with Inactivation Solution, a liquid reagent that disrupts the suspension polymer complex without compromising cellular integrity and function. Happy Cell ASM and Inactivation Solution can be purchased together as part of a Starter Kit or Scale-Up Kit.
