RmesFect CRISPR Transfection Reagent is specifically designed for mRNA/gRNA transfection with high efficiency and low toxicity. This reagent can be used in a large variety of cells.
mRNA transfection has several advantages over plasmid DNA delivery. With mRNA transfection, there is no need for nuclear uptake, as mRNA translation into proteins occurs in the cytoplasm. mRNA transfection provides faster protein expression than DNA transfection with no genomic integration. Additionally, protein expression occurs in a totally promoter-independent manner.
