Image: Immunohistochemistry was performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded on primary colorectal cancer tissue using anti-APCDD1L [Z35P1F10*C4]. Cytoplasmic staining was observed. Antigen retrieval step was required (microwave 10 min @ 950W in 0.01M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0).
