Image: IHC was performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded gill tissue sections. IHC is showing a strong immunostaining of IL22 in the gill tissues of Rainbow trout using anti-IL22 antibody [L8P2F10*A3]. Antigen retrieval step was required (microwave 10 min @ 950W in 0.01M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0).
