Smart One RT-PCR Master Mix is a 2x ready-to-use Master Mix for all probe-based RT-qPCR applications.
This one-tube, one-step master mix efficiently performs Reverse Transcription of RNA into cDNA and subsequent PCR amplification. With high sensitivity, a low concentration of template RNA is required. The convenient master mix format minimizes pipetting steps and contamination risks, as only the primer and RNA are required. Blue dye is included in the liquid mix for visual pipetting.
Smart One RT-PCR Master Mix contains:
- Reverse Transcriptase
- HotStart Taq polymerase
- dNTPs
- MgCl2
- Reaction buffer
- RNAsin
- Stabilizer
The Reverse Transcription step is directed by a Reverse Transcriptase with a heat stability up to 55°C. PCR amplification of synthesised cDNA is performed by a HotStart Taq DNA polymerase.
