Description
HotRox Master Mixes are optimized ready-to-use mixtures for the amplification and detection of DNA in Real Time quantitative PCR (qPCR).
ROX reference dye is included in the HotRox Master Mixes to normalize the fluorescent signal on compatible instruments. HotRox Master Mixes contain Bioron's SuperHotTaq DNA Polymerase supplied in a proprietary reaction buffer that enables detection of low copy number targets. HotRox Master Mix can be used in all Real-Time devices that contain a filter for ROX dye. The concentration of ROX depends on the instrument used.
