Images are showing strong cytoplamic positivity of CYP26A1 in primary colorectal cancer using the Anti-CYP26A1 [F27P6A1]. Antigen retrieval step was required (microwave 10 min @ 950W in 0.01M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0).
