Description
Ron's Plasmid Mini Kit provides fast, simple, economical plasmid DNA purification from E. coli and other bacteria.
The extraction method is based on the use of the specially designed Ron's spin columns and an advanced buffer system. Inhibitors and other contaminants are effectively removed during the extraction process.
With this Plasmid Mini Kit, low copy number plasmids and high molecular size plasmids, including vectors such as cosmids, are easily isolated for subsequent analytical applications. This kit can also be used with high copy number plasmids in quantities (up to 20 µg) suitable for all downstream applications including sequencing and transfection.
