Phage Lambda DNA/Bste E II Marker is used for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 117 to 8454 bp in agarose gel electrophoresis.
Phage Lambda DNA/Bst E Marker is produced by digestion of Lambda DNA (cI857 Sam 7) with restriction enzyme Bst E II, followed by heat-inactivation of the enzyme. The fragments are ethanol-precipitated and resuspended in a storage buffer.
This marker consists of 14 fragments with the following lengths (bp): 8454, 7242, 6369, 5686, 4822, 4324, 3675, 2323, 1929, 1371, 1264, 702, 224, 117
