Description
This sequencing primer is intended for use with MoBiTec's pSKAN Phagemid Display System. The sequence of this primer is:

For this primer, double-stranded sequencing is recommended because the alternate primer offered with the pSKAN system, primer #1255, also recognizes a sequence on the helper phage M13K07, which would be added for the production of single-stranded DNA.
