The i-genomic Plant DNA Extraction Mini Kit is a spin column kit designed to extract highly purified genomic DNA from processed foods and plant specimens. This kit provides 7 protocols (see below) optimized for different types of specimens such as leaves, stems, roots, fruits and seeds. The protocol can be completed in only 20-30 minutes. Specialized buffers are included to ensure high quality, high yield DNA free of contaminants and inhibitors. The silica-based spin columns contain special CAPs to minimize contamination in pathogen research.
