Description
Phage Lambda DNA/Hind III Marker is used for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 125 to 23130 bp for sizing of DNA in agarose gel electrophoresis.
Phage Lambda DNA/Hind III Marker is produced by digestion of Lambda DNA (cI857 Sam 7) with restriction enzyme Hind III, followed by heat-inactivation of the enzyme. The fragments are ethanol-precipitated and resuspended in storage buffer. Phage Lambda DNA/Hind III Marker contains no stain.
