These cloning and expression vectors encode a diverse range of variants of EosFP. The vectors can be used for localization studies of cells, cell compartments, fusion proteins in live cells, and other applications. All of the EosFP variants are photoconvertible, applicable to high resolution fluorescence microscopy such as PALM, and stable up to 37°C.
