pVectOZ Transfection Plasmids from Oz Biosciences are ideal for all transfections. The vectors have been modified to eliminate sequences affecting transgene expression levels, while optimizing sequences critical for high levels of expression. The final expression cassette accommodates high levels of transgene expression in mammalian cells and high yields of plasmid production in E. coli. The resulting plasmid is the ideal vector for expression in vitro and in vivo. Five expression vectors are available encoding for the most popular reporter genes (CAT, GFP, LacZ, Luciferase, SEAP).
