Description
RedStar DNA/RNA Loading Dye is a safer, more user-friendly alternative to the traditional EtBr nucleic acid stain. This fluorescent dye is eco-friendly, non-carcinogenic, and binds DNA or RNA to create clear, sharp bands in agarose gels for UV light visualization. This dye exhibits distinct band resolution at a 595 nm wavelength. Our loading dye also includes tracking dyes that migrate at different rates as the gel is running, making it easy to follow the progress of the gel and nucleic acid migration. For easy setup, this dye comes ready-to-use, with the loading buffer pre-mixed. These products are not for use with gels containing EtBr or other fluorescent dyes.
