Description
This off-the-shelf, ready-to-use pooled lentiviral mouse genome-wide shRNA library is usedto assay the effects of multiple constructs in one experiment. A unique feature is the incorporation of shRNA-specific barcodes to prevent the increased variability in the data due to the direct amplification and sequencing of hairpins. Therefore, it is easy to identify enriched or depleted shRNAs in screening readouts. The 2 modules target 5000 genes with 6 shRNA per gene. Combined, they target ~10,000 genes with 6 shRNAs per gene.

Available formats include 200 ug plasmid and pre-packaged viral libraries at 2 x 10^8 TU and 1 x 10^9 TU.
