Helix-IN™ is centered on the latest polymer-based transfection technologies that allow preserving membrane stability for higher viability while improving transfection efficiency. The design of Helix-IN™ involves a novel patented Cationic Hydroxylated Amphiphilic Multi-block Polymer (CHAMP™ Technology). This bi-functional co-polymer is biocompatible, ionizable, pH responsive and biodegradable. Cellular stress is reduced, viability preserved and efficiency enhanced.
 
 
High Transfection Efficiency & Increased Transgene Expression:
 
 
Figure 1: Transfection efficiency in classic cell lines with Helix-IN compared to competitors.  CHO-K1, COS7, HEK-293, HeLa and NIH-3T3 cell lines were transfected with Helix-IN and competitors according to their respective standard protocol using a GFP-expression plasmid. Transfection efficiency was monitored after 48H of incubation by flow cytometry. 
 
 
High Intracellular Protein Production while Preserving Viability:
