Description
AdenoMag Viral Gene Delivery Reagent is a magnetic nanoparticles formulation specifically designed to enhance Adenovirus and Adeno Associated Virus (AAV) infection and transduction capacities.
Based on the Magnetofection technology, it allows concentration of the complete applied dose of viral particles onto cells within minutes, inducing a significant improvement of virus infectivity with extremely low vector doses. Due to its specific properties, AdenoMag is applicable to all adenoviral and AAV vectors and is ideal for infecting non-permissive cells. This reagent demonstrates an exceptionally high efficiency in promoting, controlling and assisting Adenoviral and AAV transductions.
AdenoMag must be used with a magnetic plate. Two starter kits are available that include a Super Magnetic Plate (8x12cm) or a 96-Place Magnetic Plate (8x12cm). Magnetic plates can also be purchased separately.
