Description
Ultimate TaqMan Master Mix is 2x liquid concentrate, ready-to-use and optimized qPCR and Multiplex applications.
This Master Mix includes an improved mixture of HotStart Polymerase, PCR buffer, dNTPs and MgCl2. The set also contains additional PCR grade water and MgCl2. Only Primer, Probes and template DNA have to be added by the customer.
Working with Ultimate Master Mixes saves time, reduces the risk of contamination and simplifies the entire workflow. This Master Mix is optimized especially for qPCR TaqMan assays with higher magnesium chloride concentration.
All Bioron Ultimate Master Mixes convince with their high performance and excellent sensitivity and are stable at room Temperature (+18 to +25 °C) for up to two weeks. Long time storage is best at -20 °C.
