Image: Immunohistochemistry was performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections using Anti-BCLAF1 [M33-P5B11]. Image is showing both cytoplasmic and nuclear localisation positivity of BCLAF1 in colon cancer which is in agreement with existing literature. Exclusively nuclear localisation of BCLAF1 is observed in non-neoplastic colon mucosa. Antigen retrieval step was required (microwave 10 min @ 950W in 0.01M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0).
