Description
Fast DNA-Spin Plasmid DNA Purification Kit is designed for rapid separation and purification of plasmid DNA from E. Coli using silica membrane spin-type columns with an alkali lysis buffering system. High quality plasmid DNA can be obtained in only 10 minutes. Ice incubation and centrifugation are not necessary. With the alkali lysis method, the pH change can be visually observed in real time due to the included Lysis Viewer, a lysis and neutralization indicator. The purified plasmid DNA can be used directly for a variety of downstream applications.
