Description
The InVitrus medium is a minimal nutrient mixture for the protein and peptide-free selection, routine maintenance and cryopreservation of mammalian kidney cell lines, including the BHK21-InVitrus, COS-1-InVitrus, and COS-7-InVitrus cell lines. The medium can be used to routinely grow cells in static or agitated culture systems such as tissue culture flasks, spinner flasks, shaker flasks, roller bottles and membrane reactors.
