Description
COSFect is a highly efficient, lipid-based transfection reagent specifically developed for COS cell lines.
COSFect is based on Tee-Technology ("Triggered Endosomal Escape"), a technology that combines and exploits the properties of cationic lipids and polymers to achieve extremely efficient nucleic acids delivery into cells. The cationic design of COSFect reagent allows high nucleic acid compaction for transport into COS cells. This reagent is composed by biodegradable lipids resulting in high viability.
