Description
HeLaFect is a lipid-based transfection reagent specifically developed for HeLa cell lineage transfection with high efficiency.
HeLaFect is based on the Tee-Technology ("Triggered Endosomal Escape"), a technology that combines and exploits the properties of cationic lipids and polymers to achieve extremely efficient nucleic acids delivery into cells. The cationic design of HeLaFect reagent allows high nucleic acid compaction for transport into HeLa cells. This reagent is composed of biodegradable lipids resulting in high viability.
