Description
HotStart version of DFS-Taq Polymerase for robust PCR and pathogen detection.
DFS HotTaq DNA Polymerase is an optimized mixture of DFS-Taq (DNA-Free Sensitive) DNA Polymerase and AntiTaq monoclonal antibodies. With this HotStart version, the reaction can be set up at room temperature.
This enzyme is highly purified and free of contaminating DNA. With its high sensitivity, it is ideal for PCR and pathogen detection when high robustness and product yields are required.
DFS HotTaq catalyzes the polymerization of nucleotides into duplex DNA in 5'-3' direction in the presence of magnesium ions. It possesses a 5'-3' exonuclease activity and is free of nonspecific endo- or exonucleases.
