Description
AAVBlast Transduction Enhancer is a chemical adeno-associated viral (AAV) transduction enhancer. AAVBlast offers unique thermoresponsive gelling properties that simultaneously facilitate an increase in transduction efficiency and protect viral particles. This Enhancer is very effective at promoting viral-mediated genetic modification
AAVBlast is non-toxic and an excellent option for a variety of cell types including everything from classic cell lines to primary cell lines and mesenchymal stem cells. This product is also compatible with a range of serotypes and in vivo experiments.
