  • Not reactive in: Triticum aestivum
  • TGA1 (TGACG motif-binding factor 1) is a transcriptional activator which binds to the 5'-TGACG-3' DNA sequence. Its binding to the as-1-like cis elements mediate salicylic acid- and auxin-inducible transcription. TGA1 interacts with NPR1 and is involved in the induction of the systemic acquired resistance (SAR).
  • TGA1 level in leaf may be too low for detection. Antibody is recognizing transiently expressed TGA1 with GFP tag.
