Description
  • Immunogen: KLH-conjugated peptide derived from Arabidopsis thaliana UVR3 protein sequence, UniProt: O48652-1, TAIR: AT3G15620
  • Host: Rabbit
  • Clonality: Polyclonal
  • Purity: Affinity purified serum, in PBS pH 7.4
  • Format: Lyophilized
  • Quantity: 50 µg
  • Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl, of sterile water.
  • Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; Once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
  • Tested applications: Western blot (WB)
  • Recommended dilutions: 1 : 1000 (WB)
  • Expected | apparent MW: 63.7 kDa
  • Confirmed reactivity: Arabidopsis thaliana UVR3-GFP
  • Not reactive in: No confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity are currently known
  • (6-4)DNA photolyase; Involved in repair of UV radiation-induced DNA damage. Catalyzes the photoreactivation of pyrimidine [6-4] pyrimidone photoproduct (6-4 products). Binds specifically to DNA containing 6-4 products and repairs these lesions in a visible light- dependent manner. Not required for repair of cyclobutane pyrimidine dimer (CPD).
  • To be added when available, antibody available in September 2022.
