Description
These off-the-shelf and ready to use Cas9 cell lines are optimized for knockout. They are functionally validated using Cellecta’s CRISPR-Test assays and are proven to have high Cas9 activity for successful CRISPR screens.
Available formats include Cas9-expressing cell lines derived from 82 unique parental cell backgrounds. These are offered as constitutive polyclonal or clonal populations with Blast, Hygro, or Neo selection, in sizes of 10^6 cells.
