Description
Constitutive lentiviral cDNA vector designed with different selection and fluorescent markers for packaging and transduction. Designed to accommodate cloning and expression of any gene of interest.
- Single Transcript – 2A self-cleaving peptide element so it expressed a single transcript that expresses the selection marker
- CMV Promoter – The selection markers are expressed from a separate EF1 or UBic promoer
Available cDNA cloning vectors are based on CMV, EF1α, or UbiC promoters and contain a multiple cloning site (MCS) for gene insertion. Selection options include puromycin, blasticidin, neomycin (G418), and bleomycin resistance markers. Fluorescent and reporter configurations include GFP and RFP, with several constructs incorporating 2A peptide–mediated co-expression for linked selection or reporting.
All vectors are supplied with 10 µg DNA in cloning-ready format, sufficient for multiple cloning reactions.
