Description
This off-the-shelf, ready-to-use mouse genome-wide sgRNA library is designed for unbiased phenotypic knockout and dropout viability screens. The CRISPR Knockout Library targets all ~21,300 mouse protein-coding genes. To improve knockout efficiency, the guides are engineered with optimized sgRNA configurations and enhanced Cas9 interactions using the “HEAT/HECG” design.
The 86K library incorporates 4 sgRNAs per gene. It also includes almost 1000 non-targeting and 50 intron-targeting controls. The design has been proven to generate more robust screening results.
Available formats include 200 ug plasmid and pre-packaged viral libraries at 2 x 10^8 TU and 1 x 10^9 TU, in UbiC-RFP-Puro and UbiC-GFP-Puro vector formats.
