Description
These off-the-shelf and ready to use dCas9 cell lines are optimized for inhibition. They are functionally validated using Cellecta’s CRISPR-Test assays and are proven to have high Cas9 activity for successful CRISPR screens.
Available formats include dCas9-KRAB+ and dCas9-ZIM3-expressing cell lines from 12 parental cell backgrounds, available as constitutive polyclonal or clonal populations with Blast selection in sizes of 10^6 cells.
