Description
GRS High Range Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA marker suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 250bp-15000bp. This DNA marker is composed of 7 linear chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments. All bands (except 2500bp) are supplied at approximately 50ng/5μl. The 2500bp band has increased intensity relative to the other bands on an ethidium bromide-stained agarose gel.
- Base pairs: 250, 1000, 2500, 5000, 7500, 10000, 15000
- 2500bp band has increased intensity
- Recommended loading: 2-5μl/lane (50μg allows for ~120-300 lanes)
- Concentration: Typical bands - 125 ng/5μl; Other bands - 50 ng/5μl; Mix concentration - 85 ng/μl
