Description
The MoBiTec anti-His-Tag antibody is optimally suited for monitoring His-Tag fusion protein expression and purification. Vectors for expression of fusion proteins possessing a (His)6-Tag are commonly used for simple purification of recombinant proteins by metal affinity chromatography. The anti-His-Tag antibody is very useful in immunoaffinity purification of fusion proteins possessing a (His)6-Tag. This antibody shows a markedly increased sensitivity for (His)6-Tags compared with other commercially available anti-His-Tag antibodies.
