Medix’s ready-to-use PCR and qPCR Master Mixes allow for a streamlined setup. Each mix combines aptamer-based hot start DNA polymerases with optimized reaction buffers and ultrapure dNTPs to deliver sensitive, robust, and efficient amplification. These master mixes are tailored for standard PCR, probe-based qPCR, multiplexing, and reverse transcription. Lyophilized formats are also available for room temperature storage. These master mixes are designed to simplify workflows while supporting a broad range of research applications. In addition, specialized kits such as the DirectBlood Genotyping PCR kit provide complete application specific solutions for crude sample types.
