These Bisulfite Modification Kits offer a complete column-based Bisulfite Modification Kit with ready-to-use buffers. The specially designed columns deliver efficient bisulfite modification and cleanup. These kits have been tested for use with the EpiMelt DNA Methylation Detection Assays and Controls. They are the perfect compliment to use with the EpiMelt PCR MasterMix, DNA Methylation Assays, and Controls. Two sizes of kits are available: 200 reactions and 500 reactions.
