Description
The next generation of real-time PCR solutions. RealMOD™ Green T² 2X qRT-PCR Mix combines reverse transcription and qPCR in a single-tube reaction. It includes a 5x gDNA Eraser that 5x gDNA Eraser that rapidly and enzymatically removes contaminating host genomic DNA from RNA templates without compromising transcript stability. The integrated dUTP/UDG system blocks PCR carryover contamination. The mix ensures maximum data integrity for critical research and molecular diagnostics.
The kit contains all the components necessary to perform qRT-PCR: hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, ultrapure dNTPs/ dUTP mix, Universal ROX reference dye, non-interfering visual tracking dye, SYBR Green I dye and stabilizing reaction buffer in the master mix. Then the 5x gDNA Eraser contains a recombinant sequence-specific endonuclease.
