Description
Salivalyse offers a rapid Direct-to-PCR alternative to traditional, more time consuming DNA isolation methods used when preparing DNA samples for PCR and qPCR work.
Salivalyse efficiently removes PCR inhibitors from saliva samples that have been collected and stabilized with GeneFix saliva collectors. This allows for faster, simpler preparation of samples and shorter handling times, resulting in reliable amplification of DNA.
