Description
Ready-to-use DNA Ladder with 12 fragments from 100 – 1500 bp for sizing of DNA fragments in agarose gel electrophoresis.
This 100 bp DNA Ladder is used for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 1500 base pairs on agarose gels. The 500 bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. 100 bp DNA Ladder ready to use contains loading buffer with dye for easy and direct application on the gel. An additional tube of 5x Loading Buffer is supplied to use with testing samples.
