Description
Ultimate GreenHot Master Mix, Low ROX is 2x concentrated (liquid), ready-to-use and optimised for qPCR and Multiplex applications in devices that require normalization via the ROX channel.
Ultimate GreenHot Master Mix, Low ROX is liquid and ready-to-use. It contains an improved mixture of HotStart Polymerase, PCR buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2 , SYBR Green Dye and ROX for normalization of the fluorescence signal. The set includes additional PCR grade water and MgCl2. Only Primer and template DNA have to be added by the customer.
Working with Ultimate Master Mixes saves time, reduces the risk of contamination and simplifies the entire workflow. This Master Mix is optimized especially for qPCR TaqMan assays with higher magnesium chloride concentration.
All our Ultimate Master Mixes convince with their high performance and excellent sensitivity and are stable at room Temperature (+18 to +25 °C) for up to two weeks. Long time storage is best at -20 °C.
