Description
Ultimate GreenHot Master Mix is 2x liquid concentrate, ready-to-use mix, optimized for qPCR and Multiplex applications.
The Ultimate GreenHot Master Mix contains an improved mixture of HotStart Polymerase, PCR buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2 and SYBR Green Dye. The set offers additional PCR grade water and MgCl2. All you need to add is Primer and template.
Working with Ultimate Master Mixes saves time, reduces the risk of contamination and simplifies the entire workflow. This Master Mix is optimized especially for qPCR TaqMan assays with higher magnesium chloride concentration.
All of the Ultimate Master Mixes feature high performance and excellent sensitivity and are stable at room Temperature (+18 to +25 °C) for up to two weeks. Long time storage is best at -20 °C.
