Stabilizing solution for long-term storage of proteins or antibodies at 2-8°C.
Antibody Stabilizer conserves the structure of proteins and antibodies to prevent loss of functionality due to storage. With refrigerated storage, Antibody Stabilizer prevents the need for freezing and thawing.
Stress test. Shelf life of an antibody is measured as binding in an ELISA after storage under temperature stress at 45°C. After 251 days of incubation with Antibody Stabilizer, the antibody retained around 73% binding activity. View details
Both TRIS-based and PBS-based Antibody Stabilizers are available, allowing the user to select the optimal buffer base for the assay.
The Fluidigm protocol for measurements with Mass Cytometry systems recommends Antibody Stabilizer PBS for long-term storage of lanthanide labeled conjugates after using the Maxpar Antibody Labeling Kit.
